Updating kitchen cabinets with paint is an inexpensive way to add an impact!

The recent home sale at 515 D V Circle had many updates that were perfect for the style of home and the neighborhood. My client had removed the carpet in the main living areas and replaced it with a high quality, low maintenance laminate flooring. They repainted the the home and also updated the kitchen cabinetry by painting the original cabinetry with a coat of white paint. It brightened up the galley kitchen and made it seem much more spacious.

When looking for a fast home sale there is another major element, price. As an agent I want my clients to be able to everything they can out of their home, but if you price you home too high you may push the home out of the price range of qualified buyers.

Price it right.

Declutter and clean.

Make Market appropriate updates.

It has to be priced appropriately for the market, for the subdivision, and for the homes that have sold recently in those areas.

515 D V Circle sold for a full price offer of $191,000 which is a great price for the area and the neighborhood (Oak Lake Estates). Our contract was in place within 4 days and only had three showings which was fantastic for my busy clients.
